Greenleaf Inn and Admiral’s Quarters sit two doors apart on the ridge at the head of the peninsula, above the harbor. 18 rooms between them, every one with its own bath, most looking straight at the boats. Owned and run by one family, with three more inns on the way.
The house behind the inns
We don’t build properties. We build places people refuse to leave.
Both inns were tired when we found them. We gave them back their voices: new baths, real beds, decks rebuilt to face the water, and an innkeeper who lives here and answers the phone. The Adirondack chairs on the lawn are the best seat in town for the evening boats coming in.

Every room has a voice.
Nobody here stays in room 7. They stay in Sarah’s Room, or Jersey’s, or the Penthouse with the sky deck. Each one was put together on purpose, with the bed, the light and the view doing the talking.
Coffee and tea in every room, air conditioning for the warm weeks, free parking, and a lawn or deck to sit on whatever the hour. That is the whole offer. It is enough.
The harbor
This isn’t just where you stay. It’s where the trip starts.
The wharves, the whale-watch boats and dinner are a walk down the hill. Up on the ridge it is quiet enough at night to hear the moorings. June and September are the months the regulars book.
